Shipping

Products will be shipped within 5-7 business days by USPS Priority mail.  Custom orders will take a slightly longer time due to item production and review.  Please request an estimated shipping time as this may vary from item to item. We are not responsible for undelivered or mis-delivered packages due to incorrect address information.  If you are experiencing issues with shipping or delivery of your purchased item, please contact us.

Wood grain and retaining the uniqueness of each piece 

All wood pieces have been carefully selected, and inspected, but they may exhibit perfect imperfections such as small cuts, holes, knots, nicks, differences in grain, etc.  Every piece of wood is unique, will absorb stains, and paints differently and retain its own character.  The backing of signs are lightly sanded, hand painted, and at times will have a 3D element if applicable to the design.  Sign frames are lightly sanded and stained.
